My Chinese silk hall rug had not been cleaned in 12 years & my son’s dog had an accident on it as well ! Nouman was very helpful & collected & delivered the rug back to me within 3 days & it looks like new again, the colours are so bright & fresh looking! An excellent service, would definitely use again .
The owner of Hasan Rugs came to our house and personally took responsibility for taking it way and returning it as well as undertaking the full cleaning of our large hand woven Moroccan rug. The turn round was just over a week for this bespoke service. The company were knowledgeable and the cleaning was carried out to a very high standard such that we are completely satisfied with this service.

We have had this silk carpet for 14 years and never cleaned. It looked very sad after years of children and dogs! Nouman came, collected and then delivered the carpet after cleaning it. It looks like new. Brilliant service - really pleased.
